This programme enables everyone to:

- Regulate stress and prevent burnout
- Provide concrete tools to cope with pressure and change
- Establish new daily habits
This programme can start with a trial of a few hours. It spans several months to trigger real awareness and the concrete implementation of a new way of doing/being, thanks, among other things, to group support. It relies on the commitment of each participant.
