F.A.Q

Our approach is aimed at the entire business world. The Leadership, Team, and Resilience programmes are designed based on specific needs and can be adapted to the particular context of the company. This programme is aimed at leaders, managers, and teams facing complex environments or phases of transformation. There is no need to have problems to solve in order to experience a WalkUP session. Take the opportunity to invest in the long-term vision and resilience of your business.

The WalkUP experiential walk stimulates reflection and facilitates the emergence of new perspectives. In motion, the brain functions differently: attention relaxes, thinking becomes more fluid, and usual patterns can be questioned more easily. In a demanding professional context, walking allows leaders to step out of their daily reactive mode and access a calmer strategic reflection, conducive to sustainable decisions.

The WalkUP walks in nature are not aimed at entertainment or short-term collective performance. It is much more than that. It is about creating, taking time to meet, and strengthening relationships. The WalkUP approach allows everyone to discover themselves and to see others from a different angle. The shared experience within the team changes its dynamics.

Each walking experience is very powerful and very positive. There is always a shift, a transformation. Slowing down allows one to step out of autopilot mode and regain momentum to move forward effectively. Participants come away aligned with a better self-awareness and greater empathy towards others.

Yes, this type of support effectively complements existing training and coaching programmes, whether at the beginning, middle, or end of the journey. It helps to consolidate teams. The experience in nature helps to anchor experiences sustainably.

The walks are accessible and adapted to the participants' abilities. The goal is not physical performance but the quality of reflection and presence. The pace is designed to encourage exchanges and introspection, allowing everyone to participate fully regardless of their fitness level.

Whether intra- or inter-company, the programme is designed to guide reflection and dialogue according to a professional methodology. The framework and facilitation help to guide this reflection towards a defined objective.
The facilitation allows for holding the space, suggesting an exercise, being a guarantor of a process, and moving towards the conversations we need. It allows for being present to what is happening within oneself and for the other participants. It enables moving towards the areas of discomfort that liberate.

WalkUP programmes are organised in the forests and countryside of Belgium, near major cities, in the vicinity of Brussels, in Walloon Brabant and in the Ardennes. They take place on well-known, tried-and-tested, and diverse routes.

Participants leave their title at the office and come as a person/human. They discover wonderful people (hidden under files, under their suits). It brings humanity without forcing things. Organisationally, we adopt a human pace. Never has a participant said, "I wasted my time." They return full of energy and awareness.

You get in touch, we meet to define the framework and the stakes. We set up an initial walk of a few hours or a day so that you can experience it, either alone or with your teams.
