Team Pulse → Team in Motion
Team Pulse a space to pause, listen and explore
Every team has a
story. And every team has a pulse.
Sometimes, a team is doing well and simply wants to strengthen what already works or explore what’s next. Sometimes, there has been a change, a difficult period, a new manager or growing tensions. Communication becomes harder, relationships start to fray, frustrations build or there is simply a sense that something is no longer quite right.
We start from where your team is.
Team Pulse creates space to step out of the everyday, pause and explore how the team is doing. What is working, what is becoming more difficult, what is giving energy and what is quietly draining it.
A first conversation and/or facilitated walk can help bring some essential questions into the open:
What is working well between us?
- What has become more difficult?
- What are we not talking about?
- What do we need more of, or less of?
- What would help us work better together, evolve and move forward?
From there, we explore the themes that matter most to the team. These might include:
- Communication & trust : are people able to speak openly, listen and challenge each other constructively?
- Tensions & difficult conversations : what remains unsaid? What needs to be addressed before it becomes a bigger issue?
- Change & uncertainty: how does the team experience a transition, a new direction or an evolution of roles?
- Collaboration & alignment: are the expectations, responsibilities and decisions clear? Is everyone pulling in the same direction?
- Connection & energy : what gives the team energy, and what quietly drains it?
- Evolution & new possibilities : what could the team do differently, try out or create next?
This is not about evaluating people or creating a list of problems to fix. It is about creating enough space to notice what is happening, understand it together and explore what could change, what could be strengthened and what the team wants to do next..
And because the process takes place while walking, something often shifts.
People step out of their usual roles. Conversations open up. Perspectives evolve. A different setting can make it easier to say what needs to be said and to hear what might otherwise remain unheard.
Team in Motion : moving forward together
A single walk can be
enough to spark a shift. Or it can be the beginning of a longer journey.
The
themes that emerge from Team Pulse can become the starting point for further
walks and conversations, spread over time, creating space not only to
explore, but to experiment, make choices and move forward together.
