Walking the transitions

Rouge-Cloître | 9:30-12:00

Europe/Brussels
Ajouter au calendrier :
What if you took the time to walk the transitions?

Summer gently gives way to autumn. A change of season that reminds us that
transitions are a natural part of life.
Our lives are marked by changes, big or small: starting a new project,
changing roles, welcoming a new colleague, leaving a team, returning to work after
a break, entering a new stage of life, … or sometimes, going through a more
significant change like a move, a separation, a bereavement or a change of
career.

Some transitions are chosen, others are simply there. Some are barely
noticeable, others shake us more. But each can be an opportunity to
pause for a moment, to look at what has changed, what we have learned along the way, the
resources we have developed and what can now open up.

We offer you a free discovery walk of 2.5 hours to take the time
to look at these transitions differently.
On the agenda
- walking and movement ;
- time for individual reflection and stepping back ;
- exchanges in pairs or threes ;
- exploration of what our past transitions have brought us: resources, strengths,
renewal ;
- a new perspective on the ongoing transitions.
A walk to take the time to look at the path travelled, what the transitions
have brought forth in us… and what may open up for the future.
Pour qui ?
For everyone. No prerequisites, other than the desire to walk, reflect and
exchange.
Duration: 2 h 30
Date and time: Saturday 17 October, from 9:30 to 12:00
Location: Parking du Rouge Cloître, 1160 Auderghem
Level: accessible to anyone able to walk 4–5 km
Price: free – discovery walk

Because every transition can be an opportunity to discover something.

Facilitated by

Irina Titei

Facilitator of mindful walks since 2020, Irina Titei supports teams and leaders through experiences that combine movement, reflection and personal development. Before dedicating herself to this support, she worked for 16 years in various European institutions, notably at the European Commission, the European Parliament and in an executive agency, within financial units. This experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the professional environment of institutions, the pressure of deadlines, stress management and responsibilities in demanding contexts. Creator of the training "Walk & Stress Management" for the Mental Health Days of the European Commission, she leads workshops on resilience and leadership walks aimed at teams and professionals.

Sandra Becker

Contributing to create spaces where everyone can find their place, make their voice heard and move forward, together: this is what has driven Sandra for many years.

After a career in law, within firms and international companies, Sandra gradually shifted her focus to the human aspect: relationships, tensions, unspoken issues and the dynamics that shape our ways of interacting, working and living together. For about ten years, she has been supporting individuals, teams and organisations to better understand, interact and collaborate, through mediation, facilitation, non-violent communication, collective intelligence and systemic analysis.

Her approach is deeply human and pragmatic: she enjoys exploring what lies beneath the surface, opening new perspectives and helping to regain a sense of agency, while fostering the "we".

Nature has always accompanied its path, particularly through horses and hiking, and remains for it a source of inspiration, rejuvenation and a return to the essentials. Joining WalkUp is thus a given: connecting, through facilitated walking, nature, movement and human dynamics. Slowing down to move forward, further and more accurately, individually as well as collectively.

Accompagnement

Irina Titei
